Yarden Cabernet Sauvignon 2015

Yarden Cabernet Sauvignon was produced from Cabernet Sauvignon grown in the Golan Heights. The cool climate, rocky, volcanic soil and high altitude are ideal conditions for growing this classic variety. Aging in French oak barrels for 18 months yields concentrated wine of impressive complexity with layers of berry, blackcurrant, chocolate, leather and oak.This bottle should age gracefully over the next decade if stored on its side in a cool, dark place.

The Yarden Cabernet Sauvignon expresses characters of ripe dark red and black fruits, layered with notes of earth, spice, chocolate, pipe tobacco and a hint of fresh herb. This rich, complex wine is full-bodied, with concentrated flavor and a satisfying, long finish.
