Wolfburn Scotch Single Malt No. 375

Honeyed malt with hints of heather and citrus blossom in tow. A touch of sawdust and straw. 

Sultana and dried cherry, peppery oak, very slightly chocolatey at points, with some waxy apple too.Layers of toffee and milky tea on the finish.
