Carefully fermented and distilled to capture the essence of the grain, then aged in charred new American oak to add nuance and complexity. The result is a bold, complex spirit that is also very smooth and approachable, offering subtle floral and spicy aromas on the nose. The palate opens with notes of vanilla and caramel accompanied by cinnamon and floral rye notes followed by a long, spicy finish. Crafted from 100% rye grown in New York State.
