Vampire Merlot 2017

Our Merlot offers aromas of black cherry and black plum. This well-structured wine has an elegant texture and a long finish in the mouth, as hints of cola and cherry linger on the palate.

Picked at peak ripeness, our Merlot is fermented on the skins for two weeks, with three-times-daily pump-overs, the traditional method of extraction which brings rich color and supple tannins to the new wine. Aged with a combination of both French and American oak.
