Teperberg Chardonnay Essence 2020

The wine is dry white, 100% Chardonnay grapes, 2016, the grapes came to the winery in the morning after a manual harvest and immediately entered the delicate and quick squeeze to obtain a high quality white grape juice.

The grape juice that squeezed transferred to cooled stainless steel containers for 24 hours. Then the yeast added and low-temperature alcoholic fermentation began. At the end of the fermentation, the wine aged for about 5 months.
