Teperberg Cabernet Sauvignon Semi-Dry Impression 2018

A semi-dry red wine, dark, with a nose of dried fruit, candied cherry, and prune. These aromas are joined by scents of caramel and vanilla together with the sweetness of wood. The wine has a velvety smooth body, and a slightly sweet finish filled with fruit. 

After completing malolactic fermentation, a little grape sugar is added to the wine to give it a subtle sweetness. The wine then matures in French and American oak barrels for six months.
