Ripe cherry and raspberry coulis flavors have a floral edge in this supple, full-bodied red, infused with spice, licorice and mineral hints on the plush finish. Moderate tannins. Kosher.

Serve with a roasted rack of free-range veal with wild mushroom sauce, chicken braised in Merlot and rosemary, or a plate of aged hard cheeses such as Pecorino, Cheddar and Manchego.
