Sweet Bliss Sweet White

Sweet Bliss White is a fun wine with layers of flavors and a streak of bright character. So many sweet white wines are cloying, flabby, perfume-y or just plain boring… Not Sweet Bliss White.Color: Pale gold. Bouquet: Citrus fruit and honeysuckle. Taste: Green apple and honey.Ideal with blackened catfish, spicy chicken wings, Thai cuisine, cheesecake, creme brulee or ice cream.All the grapes are picked early and the juice is fermented in stainless steel tanks. The fermentation is arrested at 8.5% alcohol and 8.5% residual sugar. A fair amount of residual carbonation from fermentation is left in the wine.
