St. Remy Brandy

The nose is aromas of burgundy,caramel , honeysuckle,raisins, cocoa , and oak. The entry is smooth with palate of sweet caramel and raisins. The finish is milk chocolate and hazelnuts.

 The aroma is of slightly turned fruit, dried flowers, dried & candied fruit, some mint, cocoa powder, finishing with a touch of nut oil (walnuts? pecans?). Taste is of sweet, minty caramel candy, nougat, faint cocoa powder, nut oil, and candied & spiced fruit. Body is medium, and St.-Remy VSOP finishes mellow, with a moderate fade.
