Spumante Rosa 'Cuvee 1931', Biancavigna

The sparkling wine we are going to offer comes from Glera grapes with the "help" of 10% Pinot Noir , obtained from a proprietary vineyard located in Alto Adige.It is a high quality rosé which, although not included in the denomination of Prosecco from Veneto, amazed us with its great versatility and ease of drinking .

Salmon pink color with fine and persistent perlage, floral and red fruit aromas explode on the nose. Very fine on the palate which is dry with a pleasantly fresh and fruity aftertaste .For pairing, both meat and fish preparations are good. If you opt for meat, prefer cured meats or grilled white meats. For fish, no pairing limits!
