Shoresh [Cabernet/Syrah/Merlot/PV], Tzora Vineyards 2020

This is a rich blend of Syrah (60%), Cabernet Sauvignon (20%), Petit Verdot (10%), and Merlot (10%) showing flavors of dark fruit and spices. The wine shows beautiful and harmonious texture.

It is excellent with white meat and fish: clams, oysters, seafood, risottos, smoked fish in aromatic herbs.
