Shoresh Blanc [Sauvignon Blanc], Tzora Vineyards 2021

This is a rich blend of  Syrah (35%), Merlot (30%), Cabernet Sauvignon (25%) and Petit Verdot (10%) showing flavors of dark fruit and spices. The wine shows beautiful and harmonious texture.

It is excellent with white meat and fish: clams, oysters, seafood, risottos, smoked fish in aromatic herbs.
