Shiloh Chardonnay 2019

The Shiloh Chardonnay is pale amber in color with an intriguing green hue, medium-bodied, and nice acidity. This wine exhibits bracing green apple notes harmonized wonderfully with softer flavors of peach and tropical fruit. Shiloh Chardonnay is delicious alongside grilled vegetables, tuna tartare, or fresh bread dipped in fine olive oil.

 This wine is rich and full flavored with crisp acidity and aromas that evoke tropical fruits. Barrel fermentation gives the wine an elegant texture on the mid palate, while the finish is intense and pleasant. Firm acidity and mineral notes in the finish make it an easy match for light meat dishes, chicken and fish.
