Vintage sparkling wine made from Pinot Noir and St. Laurent grapes. At least 16 months of aging on the yeast. Its fine complexity of fruit fragrances and its clean flavourmake it slender, light and very elegant. Bright salmon colour, delicate fragrance of delicious red wild-berries, virile mousseux, flavourfull of subtleties. Soft and velvety finish, pronounced fruity. Subtle bouquet of delicate red wild berries.
