Royale Selection Chardonnay 2018

A textural, Yarra Valley Chardonnay fermented in a ceramic egg with no added sulphur. Vibrant aromas of citrus fruits and fresh ripe apples.

The fermentation process imparts a smooth and finely chalky mouthfeel with a slight oxidative note on the palate alongside classical varietal stone fruits.
