In the mouth a gentle smokiness gives way to alluring brown sugar and ripe peach flavors. The finish lingers on the palate offering woodsy characteristics.We cold smoke the wheat here at the distillery, prior to milling in our own hickory smokers. This infuses smoke into the grain and the flavor of the hickory carries all the way through to the distillate.As with all our whiskies, Hickory Smoked Whiskey is made from grain to glass here at the distillery in Little Rock.
