Recanati Chardonnay 2018

Pale straw gold. Delicate aromas of tropical fruit with subtle nuances of caramel and hazelnut. Fullbodied and harmonious concluding in a long smooth finish.

This Chardonnay was made from Upper Galilee Chardonnay vineyards and aged sur lies, a technique used to produce wines that are buttery, complex and rich in flavor.

The wine can be drunk as an aperitif or with gourmet salads, gnocchi and pasta with cream, sea fish dishes and smokes salmon. Best served chilled.
