This super-premium Straight Bourbon Whiskey is carefully crafted by taking our fine wheated bourbon aged in alligator char barrels and resting it in hand-selected Pedro Ximenez Sherry casks from Spain’s renown Casknolia Cooperage. The resulting whiskey is an unmistakably balanced expression that blends modern and traditional whiskey making.

Rich, honeyed aromas of grilled corn cakes, walnut bread and a hint of mint. On the palate, full-bodied, moderately sweet and appealingly spicy, massively and dangerously quaffable. Its subtlety belies its strength, and it's a total winner.
