Psagot Merlot 2018

Psagot's Merlot was aged for 13 months in small French oak barrels. This fruit-forward wine is loaded with plum and cherry aromas, soft tannins, and a nice spicy finish.

This fruit-forward Merlot offers a complexity of aromas, from red raspberry fruits to black licorice, supported nicely by flavors of red berry, minerals, and hints of dark chocolate and cedar spice. This is a generous wine that is ideally enjoyed with a myriad of dishes, like baba ganoush. Kosher for Passover.
