Psagot Edom Mevushal 2019

A beautiful fruit profile and has rich concentrated aromas of black cherry and black currants which are complimented by a touch of earth and minerals unique to this vineyard.

The Edom Mountains range to the east of the winery is made up of red granite peaks. The grapes are grown on a high mountain ridge overlooking the Edom Mountains. The wine displays intense black fruit aromas on a mineral backbone that characterize the terroir of this region.
