Psagot Cabernet Franc Mevushal 2019

The Psagot Cabernet Franc is a single varietal, made of Cabernet Franc grapes, harvested in the Judean Hills. The fruit and oak are nicely integrated in this balanced wine exhibiting aromas of blackberries and some sour cherries.

This is a full bodied wine with medium acid and light tannins. Look for a long finish with hints of spice and an earthy undertone.

This wine exudes a beautiful fruit profile which integrates nicely with the spiciness of the oak barrels (aged 13 months).
