Pol Roger Champagne Brut Blanc de Blancs 2009

The Brut Blanc de Blancs is a speciality of the house, made from 100% Chardonnay sourced from Grand Cru vineyards, solely in the Côte des Blancs.

The Brut  Blanc de Blancs, as with all the other Pol Roger wines, undergoes the traditional hand remuage (the turning of the bottles).
