Partida Blanco’s crisp, rich natural flavors and clean, smooth taste are the result of the distillery’s unmatched commitment to cooking its agave within 24 hours of harvest to retain its fresh and nuanced character. Herbal and earthy notes mingle with citrus on the nose. The palate showcases bright notes of tropical fruits and vanilla, with hints of cooked agave, white pepper spice and succulent grapefruit. A superb expression of unaged tequila, perfect for sipping, pairing with food and crafting exquisite, crisp margaritas and palomas. 

The wonderful bouquet combines elegant scents of sawdust, pine and vegetal agave with aromas of old leather, cigarette ash and pimento. The palate entry is delicate and peppery; mid-palate has a honey-like core flavor with supplemental tastes of cocoa.
