Notes Taste: Vineyard Amuka Sauvignon Blanc / Chardonnay 2016 is a dry white wine made from the Sauvignon Blanc grapes and chardonnay with a delicate aroma of citrus flowers, a hotel and a taste of white fruit, grapefruit and peach, a pleasant sourness that emphasizes the flavors of the fruit. Straw-colored with a greenish tinge.

This wine is produced from the Sauvignon Blanc and Chardonnay grapes from Merom Hagalil, Makram Amuka, Avtalion and Yochanan plots. The plot covers only 9 dunams at an elevation of 830 meters above sea level. The slope on which the plot is located has a western turn and a moderate slope. The composition of the soil is heavy basalt.
