Odem Mountain, Single Vineyard, 1060, Cabernet Sauvignon: Dark, almost inky bordeaux red, with on the nose lots of sweet black fruits, spicy cedar wood, with notes of clove followed by fermented cherries and vanilla.

Full-bodied and concentrated, with notes of ripe bramble, black currants, fermented cherries, craisins, followed by notes of tobacco, herbs, and vanilla bean, medium acidity, with hints of purple figs, cloves, and dark chocolate with soft tannins that rise on the very long and plush finish.
