Montefiore Cabernet Sauvignon 2016

The Montefiore Cabernet Sauvignon 2016 vintage is an original blend of Mediterranean style carefully prepared and made from  3 grape varieties: Malbec, Shiraz and Little Sirah , cultivated in the hills of Judea, where there have been vines since l biblical era. Each variety thrives particularly well in this wine region.

The Montefiore Red is medium-bodied, with no wooden passage, but with a very good structure. It reveals aromas of ripe fruit, notes of white pepper and a clean, refreshing and well-balanced finish.
