Meiyo Whisky 17 Year

Baked pear and a hint of Sherry waft out of the glass. The palate is drying, opening with cedar, chamomile and hints of orange peel, golden raisin and ginger, finishing long and mouthwatering. Adding water integrates oak and spice.

This is a single-grain whisky aged 17 years in ex-Bourbon casks, from the Kumesen Distillery in Okinawa.
