This 2018 Sonoma County Cabernet Sauvignon is an approachable, fruit-driven wine. It offers a welcomingly round mouthfeel with ripe notes of red fruit and cherry. Delicate hints of dark chocolate and oak spice on the finish add layers of elegance and freshness, offering a rich yet balanced expression of the varietal.
In a wonderful blackberry-violet this great Cabernet appears. An olfactory experience, with juicy, fruity aromas of red cherries, buxom plums, sweetish blueberries and more tart notes of black currants which are gently carried by creamy vanilla and the excellent structure. A full and lush but not slaying wine that invites to enjoy the next sip.
