Louis Jadot Petit Chablis 2017

The 2017 Louis Jadot Petit Chablis is an excellent wine. TASTING NOTES: This wine is bright and lively. Pair its lovely aromas and flavors of tart apple and mineral notes with a plate of raw oysters. (Tasted: November 26, 2019, San Francisco, CA)

Chablis is in the northern part of Burgundy, halfway between Dijon and Paris. The Petit Chablis area is produced in villages such as Chablis, Maligny, Beine.

The Louis Jadot Petit Chablis shows a nice straw yellow color. It may have a slight green color in some vintages. It is always a straightforward wine with a very accessible minerality and never too mellow.

Petit Chablis may be served chilled and goes perfectly with oysters, shellfish, fish tartare as well as charcuterie, fresh cuisine, salads, goat cheese.
