100% Malbec.

Brilliant violet color and with intense sweet spice on the palate balanced with notes of plum, cassis, blackberry and black cherry. It is creamy, smooth and ripe on the palate with soft, round tannins and a long silky finish.

The wine undergoes a long and traditional vinification with strict temperature management.

The wine combines well with red meat, dishes with a strong sauce, white meat and older cheeses.

This Malbec picked at full maturity is a rich variety, powerful in concentrate. Full of ardour and temperament, it is a red wine from the Cahors region, masculine with a Latin spirit. Low yields, a long traditional vinification, great control of temperatures give the latter a black robe with purplish reflections, an intense and fruity nose, complex with notes of red fruits and undergrowth, a generous, powerful and intense palate.
