Laird's Apple Brandy 7 1/2 Year Old

It takes 16 pounds of apples to produce this Straight Apple Brandy. The toasted apples on the nose were pure and made us want to make an Old Fashioned using this brandy...so we did. What a wonderful alternative to Whiskey in that grand cocktail.
