Kiyomi Rum

Made using local sugar can molasses at the Helios Distillery in Nago City, Okinawa. A column still is used to rectify the spirit and the result is a light and delicate rum with touches of tropical fruit and black pepper. 

This rum was carefully crafted in Nago City, Okinawa, at Helios distillery, by distilling local sugar cane molasse in a column still. It results in a very aromatic and clean beverage easily drinkable neat as well as in classic cocktails such as Cuba Libre, Mojito or Daiquiri.
