Jezreel Valley Levanim 2016

Levanim is a fusion of Gewurztraminer, Sauvignon Blanc, and French Colombard, each is gently pressed and fermented in a slow, cold fermentation. The three varieties are assembled to a light white wine with bright acidity and aromas of lychee, citrus, green grass and flowers.
