Ixa Tequila Anejo Organic

A powerful aged tequila with a subtle finish. IXA Anejo Tequila balances the flavour of tequila and wood without one overwhelming the other - an immensely flavorful tequila. Baked apples and clay up front balanced by wood, caramel, and spices on the finish.

Made from a base of 100% organic materials using traditional clay oven baking methods. Aged for at least 12 months in oak, which adds whiskey-like character to the agave flavor.
