Bright deep golden amber color. Caramel, roasted nuts, Band-Aid, and peppery spice aromas. A soft, brisk entry leads to a dryish medium body of caramel fudge, anise cookie, nut oil, herbal honey, and light mossy peat flavors. Finishes with a smoky, peat and honeyed toasted grain fade. A pleasant honeyed peaty blend.
