Ruby red in color, expressive, rich nose full of rhubarb, blackberry pie and brambly red fruits. Secondary notes of Vanilla and spice box. Medium-bodied mouthful of blackberry, ripe red currant, and black cherry. Supple tannins and perfect acidity buoy and brighten a lengthy finish framed with a trace of tobacco and baker’s chocolate.

The Zin Collective Zinfandel pairs perfectly with BBQ sauces, burgers, chili, and other spiced and grilled foods, but it also pairs well with chocolate-based desserts.
