Imagery Cabernet Sauvignon is an elegant wine with well integrated oak and silky tannins. Sweet notes of dark fruit and vanilla are met with flavors of toast and tea in the mid palate. Imagery blend their Cabernet Sauvignon with 5% Petite Sirah which gives essence of layered spice, clove and pepper to complete the wine.
French oak influence contributed to the toasty vanilla qualities in the wine and helped soften tannins for our approachable, easy-to-drink style of Cabernet.
Our Cabernet Sauvignon is a soft, smooth wine with well integrated oak. Flavors of dark fruit like blackberry are met with earthy notes such as tobacco, toast and tea in the mid-palate. Layers of rich notes of spice, clove and pepper from the Petite Sirah complete the wine.
