Highland Park Scotch Single Malt Valkyrie

Rosy Amber. The aromas are well-balance between smoky brine and creamy mixed fruits. Interestingly, the flavors bloom on the palate in wave — first dried apricots and apples, then beaches and sea, then back again and again. 

It’s nice and long on the finish with licorice and honey.
