Hagafen Sauvignon Blanc is produced from a well-established vineyard in the Eastern foothills of Napa Valley, where hot days and cool nights are ideal for creating crisp, clean, long-finishing, food-friendly wine. On the nose, Hagafen's highly aromatic Sauvignon Blanc shows lemon, grapefruit, and kiwi.

Grassy aromas and flavors of grass, wet white stone, granny smith, and honey with a lean, tangy, bone-dry light body and a graceful, compelling, medium-long finish manifesting nuances of grapefruit pith, white peach, and cedar with fruit tannins and a suggestion of oak flavor.
