Golden yellow center with red highlights, pale yellow rim. Very pleasing nose of golden syrup, grapes, alcohol, pink peppercorns, wet slate.

On the palate, smooth, caramel, rounded, some mown hay, a little tropical fruit, persistent, very complex, great length.
