Gamla Cabernet Sauvignon 2016

Inky deep garnet in the glass with slow long legs and tears. Even after vinturi nose is still closed. Needs a lot of air. Shy-med nose delivers spices and unripe dark berries afterwards. Med body, med acid, med silky tannins.

Dry palate is strong dry fig, ripe black plum, sour cherry. Delicate low strength finish is at med length with both palate and nose flavors. With cigar they become a great combo with chocolate, herbs and tobacco from cigar joining.
