Flam Cabernet Sauvignon Reserve 2018

85% Cabernet Sauvignon, 6% Merlot, 6% Cabernet Franc, 3% Petit Verdot. This dry red wine is the result of the efforts to grow the best grapes and to preserve the purity and softness of the fruit.

Dark ruby in color, this wine has aromas of cassis and black plum, with a touch of green pepper. It is bright at first sip, with favors of blackberry, black currant, bell pepper, orange zest and mint. Strong tannins drop off as the wine makes its way across the palate, revealing a slightly tart finish.
