Drappier Champagne Brut Blanc de Blancs

Drappier Blanc de Blancs Signature Champagne NV 75cl is a particularly special cuvee as although Blanc de Blancs is generally made from 100% Chardonnay, Drappier feature an original twist on the classic and add a splash of Pinot Blanc, known as "Blanc Vrai" in Champagne. The Pinot Blanc is added in order to increase complexity and roundness to the cuvee.

This champagne is very elegant, just ideal for the aperitif or during the meal in accompaniment of a smoked salmon or a white meat.
