Domaine du Castel Rose du Castel 2021

Very light, bright pink in color, with on the nose, citrus blossom, peach, freshly picked cherries and strawberries as well as hints of orange peel.

Light in body, bone dry but so refined and elegant, with medium-plus intensity, delicate and vibrant with notes of summer and stone fruits, tart red cherries, hints of underripe strawberries and juicy tangerines, slate, great saline, medium-plus acidity, with a touch of orange blossom water and red currants on the moderately long finish.

The recommended serving temperature is 8 degrees Celsius.
