Dalton Cabernet Sauvignon Oak Aged 2017

Laced with sweet oak notes and oaky nuances on the nose. Nicely constructed, with moderate tannins and an elegant mid-palate, it evolved very nicely and became a pleasure to drink, with a nice finish.

The Cabernet Sauvignon Dalton is a dark, rich and well-balanced wine. It shows characteristic Cabernet Sauvignon forest fruit qualities such as currants, berries and mint, which are complemented very well with subtle vanilla flavours of French Oak.

Inky garnet to the eye, this wine has a nose of black plum and juniper. Its solid wall of tannin doesn't overpower the palate thanks to underlying acidity and bright fruit. It has black cherry, blueberry, licorice, thyme and chocolate flavors that coalesce on the lingering finish.
