Pale yellow. Straw. Dry. Crisp. Refreshing. Just the right balance of acidity and alcohol. Coats the top of your mouth. Taste lingers.

Surprisingly flavorful, tart, fruity, good nose. It went well with curry-flavored salmon, wild rice, & sugar-snap peas.
