The wine is a lovely pale pink showing hints of raspberry and strawberry in the nose. On the palate it serves up a blend of citrus and spice flavors that give it just a hint of the exotic—perfect for pairing with just about any dish you can imagine. RED C Rosé is marvelously refreshing on its own, too, served slightly chilled. And that’s the beauty of dry rosé: It goes with everything!This year’s rosé is a blend of Grenache, Syrah, Zinfandel, Merlot, and just a touch of Cabernet.
