Located along the banks of the Byram River in Port Chester, NY, our distillery is situated in a manufacturing district, surrounded by welders, metal fabricators and commercial fishing vessels. This hard-working environment inspires us to do our best every day.

We are the first distillery in Westchester County, NY since prohibition and the world’s first distillery to make gin distilled from honey. The Heart of our distillery is the fermentation and distillation equipment.
