An organic VSOP Petite Champagne Cognac from Normandin-Mercier that has been matured in French oak casks for at least four years.

Aromas of honeysuckle, violets, straw, liquorice and baking spices fill the nose, complemented by notes of apples, pears, honeycomb, oak spice and dried summer flowers throughout the palate.
