Coeur Clémentine has developed this sparkling light sparkling wine over a two-year period. "La Pétillante" is the result of a natural process using a double fermentation for several months creating small effervescent bubbles that dance in your palate.

Only a handful of producers are able to make sparkling wines in the Provence region.

Dry, delicate with aromas of fresh berries and spring flowers, the sparkling Clementine Heart was born.
